When planting succulents, you have to shake off all the soil on the plant. And once the soil is removed and the roots are in contact with the air, the existing roots can’t play their function anymore. Therefore, the roots are cut except about 1~2cm, while it is a bit different depending on the size of the plant. Then new roots are put down from the cutting points to absorb moisture.

Do not water immediately after planting, and water it after about a week. In spring and autumn, you may spray water every 2 or 3 days after planting. In hot summer, it is recommended to spray water at a cool temperature. When a plant starts to put down roots after planting, you can see that the growing points are vigorous and leaves become fresh. Then it begins to put down roots. After planting, it is better to put a plant in a well-ventilated and half-shade place for a few days rather than putting it in a place with too much sunlight, and then gradually move it to a place with the strong sunlight.

The soil for succulents planting can differ a bit depending on the place for growing, however, if you grow them in a sunny place, you may put a little more bed soil.

When you plant a succulent, if you spray water to the planting soil to make it a bit wet, the plant will be less stressed and the roots will be put down quickly. If you do it this way regardless of season, the plant can put down roots safely and you will see its pretty appearance.
